I mean there’s no official language and more and more people speak Spanish. So why do some people feel that they don’t need to learn it and think that everyone should learn English? I know plenty of people that don’t speak a word of English and have been here for 20 years. And they get by just fine. I have a translator that stays with me, but often times I think it would be easier if I just knew a little spanish to help other people or to help myself when my translator is not with me.
