Soundtrack from “Mind game” – the anime movie?

There’s this nice anime movie, called “Mind Game”, you can find it on imdb site…
There is a certain scene in this movie, a love making scene, pretty abstract and psychedelic, where I have heard this song.
I found it on youtube, you can find it too by typing “mind game love making scene”.
It’s a spanish or portuguese song, but I don’t quite understand the lyrics… I need to know the band and the name of the song…
I tried sites and software for song identifying, I searched and asked everywhere.

I want to learn a new language because I don’t want to be one of these people who are too lazy to learn a new language. And plus, if I get a job in a company where they have customers in France, for example, I could be within that department because of my skills.

you see i have bought some fo these and they didnt seem to be very good to me. i did however learn spanish and french in school very easily. but taking university classes for othe rlangauges woudl be expensive and hard to do cause theyre not offered at my school. so i’m considering learning a language, german, dutch, or portuguese, i dont know which . and how should i do it? langauge software? what brand?
that rosetta stone is expensive! i should almost just go to the class instead lol
