Okay I am gonna use a language learning software thingy watever and I don’t know wat to pick couldn’t decide whether to put it in languages or polls and surveys but I decided polls and surveys cause more people!!! Just incase u wanna know!! Please don’t waste my time w/ what to long to short blah blah!!!
Soooo… I wana learn either Spanish, French, or Italian! Will u tell me one you would like to do if u had to pick and i mean any language not just these! and if u really actualy wanna help me could jah tell me a god site that i could look at for some software or tell me some software to get and myb where to find it?? Many USA based shows provide English closed captioning and some offer Spanish Language captioning. Many shows offer SAP in Spanish and some offer other languages. However, on Spanish language TV, I have only seen closed captioning in Spanish. Shouldn’t they too be required to offer the same in a Fair or Equal Access environment? How would or could this be done?
